Hi Family and Friends!!!
As some of you may know I am part of a organization called Versa-Style Dance Company and what an incredible 2022 year we have had. From local events such as our Let The Music Move You Vol. 12 at Verdugo Park in February, to our biggest ever Versa-Style Next Generation Hip Hop Summer Dance Intensive, to our recent tour of Northern California, we are ending the year STRONG!
To continue our efforts in providing Hip Hop and street dance to Los Angeles, Versa-Style is inviting you to join our end of the year fundraising campaign. Let’s Give and Groove!
We as a company are asking for your love and support to help us continue our programming for the year 2023 and beyond. We have been incredibly grateful for all the bountiful ways we received support this year, and we would like to keep it going!
Being with Versa-Style for 8 years, I am proud of the organization's efforts in the community aspect such as public performances, educational school shows, affordable community classes that have been going on for 15 years strong, traveling and teaching this amazing beautiful thing we call street dance culture. Versa Style has guided me and taught me many things about this dance and I couldn’t be more thankful. This life is so beautiful and fun!
The VS programming that I value the most is our performances because I get to travel with my family and perform for new community members. My mentors always said “you want to inspire at least one person in the audience,” and that’s the intention I always go with when it comes to performing at these different places.
As we end the year, we'd like to call on our VS familia to help us finish 2022 strong and start the new year ready for the work to continue!
