Being with Versa-Style for 12 years, I am beyond proud of the organization’s efforts to share the empowering tools of Hip Hop dance & culture! From the classroom to the stage or from the individual to the community, this work has had the ability to make healing connections and ignite new possibilities.
The VS programming that I value the most is Performance & Friday Community classes because I am reminded of significance of being practitioners/artists and sharing our stories- to be in each other’s presence as we exchange and navigate how to move with more strength and freedom!
As we end the year, we'd like to call on our VS familia to help us finish 2022 strong and start the new year ready to continue this great work!
