Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Versa-Style Dance Company.
As you may know, I've been apart of the Versa-Style family for the past 6 years. I began in the apprentice company, Versa-Style Next Generation, during my first year of college and never looked back. Versa-Style Dance Company is a 501 C 3 non-profit organization and dance ensemble that consists of committed and conscientious artists representing the diversity and beautiful complexity of Los Angeles. Through your donations, Versa-Style will be able to continue creating opportunities and providing enriching dance experiences for the students that we work with.
Also, if you are able, we’d love to have you join Versa-Style's last digital event of 2020. On Friday, December 4th from 7:30-8:30pm, Versa-Style will be hosting a special Family Night Friday Dance Class. Bring your children, families, and loved ones as we dance the night away with Versa-Style Co-Founders, Jackie “Miss Funk” Lopez and Leigh “Breeze-Lee” Foaad.
Then, on Saturday, December 5th at 3pm, join us on YouTube as Versa-Style premieres a special presentation of some of their most loyal dance community supporters sharing their artistry in a virtual CYPHER, and sharing their love of dance and Versa-Style’s work in the community. We can’t wait to showcase Boogie Frantick, Baby Tight Eyez, and Rascal Randi!!! Immediately following, join Jackie and Leigh as they present one of their favorite works, “They Don’t Hear Us,” from 2016’s production, Box of Hope. They will provide insight into the piece’s creation, performance, and the significance it plays in our lives today.
